These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of focused.financial (the "Site"), operated by Focused.Financial ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site is informational
The Site describes our staffing and placement services and provides general educational content about finance and accounting roles. Content on the Site — including rate ranges, guides, and articles — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional about your specific circumstances before acting on anything you read here.
2. No client or professional relationship
Using the Site, submitting a form, or booking a call does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or employment relationship between you and Focused.Financial or any professional we place. Staffing engagements are formed only through separate written agreements, and professionals we place provide their services under those agreements — not through this Site.
3. Rates and availability
Rate ranges published on the Site are typical market ranges provided for orientation. They are not quotes, offers, or guarantees of price or availability. Actual pricing is confirmed in writing before any engagement.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Focused.Financial or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view, download, and print content for your own internal business use. You may not republish, sell, or exploit Site content commercially without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
- Interfere with the Site's operation, including through automated traffic intended to disrupt it
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focused.Financial will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Focused.Financial harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
